Sofmit CirruServe joint venture to offer SAP services in China
Shanghai, China - April 15, 2011 - Sofmit CirruServe announces plan to offer SAP services to manufacturers and government agencies in the Yangtze River Delta region of China. These services will be delivered on Sofmit CirruServe's data center and will provide SAP services on a pay-as-you-go license basis. This approach gives access to important SAP services at an affordable rate with the added advantage of rolling out services and scaling quickly.
CirruServe signs joint venture MOU with Sofmit International
CirruServe, Ltd. and Sofmit International have signed a memorandum of understanding to form a cloud computing joint venture in China. This joint venture, named Sofmit CirruServe, will offer cloud computing services in the Yangtze River Delta region to businesses and local government agencies. Services primarily include SaaS applications and cloud storage services for backup/restore and disaster recovery. The joint venture will operate its own data center in Jiangsu province.
